Umberto Bondi received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and subsequently (after a previous industrial work experience as Product Manager) an Executive Master in Information Technology (Electronic Design Automation Area) from CEFRIEL (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) in 1999. Since 2000 he is the Program Manager of the ALaRI institute. He has authored or co-authored a number of papers and a patent in embedded systems field. Since March 2004 he belongs to the managing staff of the University Incubator (www.cpstartup.ch).
studied Psychology and obtained the Diploma Federal Specialist in Human Resources. He also completed the Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management at SUPSI and the Certificat Universitaire en Gestion des Ressources Humaines at the University of Geneva. Since 2007 he has assumed the role of Head of Training, Development, Organization and Internal Communication at BSI GROUP, and in the meantime, from 2012 he has been the HR Manager of BSI Europe. He is the Founder and Managing Director at MFG Consulting, which is a company active in strategic consulting and business development. He is member of the USI Executive MBA advisory board and visiting professor of HR & Organization at SUPSI.
Daniela Willi-Piezzi is adjunct professor of Marketing at SUPSI and teaches at several Executive Master Programs in Switzerland. Since 2002 she works as strategic marketing and key account management advisor, with focus on strengthening the clients’ ability to develop, implement and evaluate marketing, sales and key account management strategies.
Francesco Lurati is a professor of corporate communication at the Faculty of communication sciences of USI Università della Svizzera italiana in Lugano, Switzerland, where he is also the academic director of both the Executive Master of Science in Communications Management (EMScom) program and the full-time MS program in Corporate Communication. He pursues research in the field of corporate communication, in particular, in the areas of organizational identity and corporate reputationity. Educated as an economist, he received his doctoral degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He has also held positions in the public and private sectors, and regularly does consulting in the field of communications management.

Professor Suggs´ principal research focuses on health behavior and social change, using communication technologies, new media, and messaging strategies (tailoring and targeting)
Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Lugano in August 2007, she was Assistant Professor in the Graduate Program in Health Communication, Department of Marketing Communication at Emerson College and Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Public Health and Family Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She has held positions as Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at the Oregon Center for Applied Science (Eugene, Oregon) and as Associate Director of Research at HealthMedia (Ann Arbor, Michigan). She earned her PhD in Health Studies from Texas Woman´s University and a post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Evidence-Based Practice Centre, at McMaster University in Ontario Canada.
She serves on the founding organizing board for the European Social Marketing Association and International Social Marketing Association, reviews for several leading health communication, health promotion, and health behavior journals, and is on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Health Communication.
Alessandro Cavadini is owner of the legal office Celio Cavadini & Partners in Lugano.
After obtaining a degree in Economics at the University of Zürich in 1999, Alessandro Cavadini started his career at the PwC in Zürich. He was then nominated Head of the Corporate Finance office, member of the direction boards of the branch in Lugano and responsible of the evaluations mandate in the French-speaking area.
He is lecturer at the SUPSI, Deparment of Business administration, and collaborator at the CP Startup in Lugano.

He is Professor of Management and entrepreneurship, at University of Svizzera italiana and at University of Insubria, Varese (Italy).
He is Head of the Department of Management and Director of the AMC (Advanced Management Centre).
He is member of the SMS (Strategic Management Society), the EURAM – European Academy of management), the SDS (System Dynamics Society), the IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy), the STEP Project (Sustainable Trans-generation Entrepreneurial Practices).

Gianni Cattaneo holds a Master degree of Laws (LL.M.) obtained at the University of East Anglia (UEA, Norwich) in 2002.
He got the PG diploma in International Commercial Arbitration at the School of International Arbitration (University of London) in 2005 and the qualification as notary of the Canton Ticino in 2009.
He is the co-owner of the Studio notarile Cattaneo & Bionda and lawyer at the Studio legale Cattaneo & Postizzi.
He has been lecturer at the SUPSI and published the website www.infodiritto.net, which is a legal information platform about new technologies.
Siegfried Alberton was born in Altdorf (URI) on 8 July 1966. He studied at the University of Freiburg, where, in 1989, he graduated in Economics with a specialization in international and regional economy.
In the early nineties he worked at CEAT, a research center of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne, where he participates in research projects of the Swiss National Science Foundation. From 1993 to 2011 he worked at the Institute for Economic Research of the University of Lugano, assuming, since 2000, the role of deputy director. In 2006 he became Professor UAS. Since 2011 he is responsible of the Competence center inno3, as well as scientific responsible of the Master of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Innovation Management.
